A New Year's Campaign To Spread Positivity & Hope Across Social Media

As we kick off 2019 we are launching a 31 Days of Positivity campaign called #iresolve2. Each day we will be posting a challenge to help spread positivity & hope across social media. The goal is to have as many people share their stories, challenges, accomplishments & triumphs daily. Please help share these daily challenges with your family, friends & social network.

Day 1 // January 1, 2019

Give credit to the most important person in your life, you. Post a photo of you from 2018 and tell us 3 things you are most proud of from the last year.

Day 2 // January 2, 2019

Appreciate someone that impacted your life in 2018, share with the world how they impacted you and tell them how much you appreciate them.

Day 3 // January 3, 2019

No complaint day, see the silver lining in everything.

Day 4 // January 4, 2019

Write a letter to a friend, parent, coach, mentor and let them know the impact they are having.

Day 5 // January 5, 2019

Write a letter to your future self, tell them why you are proud of yourself right now.

Day 6 // January 6, 2019

No social media for the rest of the day. See you tomorrow.

Day 7 // January 7, 2019

Text 3 friends and randomly compliment them.

Day 8 // January 8, 2019

Reconnect, chose someone you have lost touch with and tell them you miss them.

Day 9 // January 9, 2019

Call your loved ones and see how they’re doing!

Day 10 // January 10, 2019

Share the video you watch when you need uplifting with the world.

Day 11 // January 11, 2019

Share a photo of your favorite place in the world, tell the world why it means so much to you.

Day 12 // January 12, 2019

Ask a friend to join your journey, share with them your experience so far.

Day 13 // January 13, 2019

Appreciate the small things, look beyond the surface & identify the small things your loved ones do for you.

Day 14 // January 14, 2019

Who inspires you? Family, friend, athlete, coach? Share a post and tell us why.

Day 15 // January 15, 2019

Invite a friend that might need a boost to coffee, be there for them.

Day 17 // January 17, 2019

Eat healthy, keep yourself accountable today.

Exercise. Spend at least 30 minutes getting active.

Try yoga.

Try meditating.

Try a new food, pick something you wouldn't normally order. How bad can it be?

Start a journal. Commit to spending up to 15 minutes a day reflecting.

Sign-up for something you have been wanting to do.

Day 24 // January 24, 2019

Identify your personal board of trustees & tell them their role.

Day 25 // January 25, 2019

Identify 3 things you want to get better at in 2019.

Day 26 // January 26, 2019

Talk. Speak to someone about your hopes & aspirations for 2019.

Day 27 // January 27, 2019

Identify roadblocks that may occur. Spend some time reflecting on how you will get past these. Nothing can stop you.

Day 28 // January 28, 2019

Chose 3 achievable goals for the next 3 months.

Day 29 // January 29, 2019

Chose 3 achievable goals for the next 6 months.

Day 30 // January 30, 2019

Chose 3 achievable goals for the next 9 months.

Day 31 // January 31, 2019

Go. You have spent 30 days sharpening the tools you already had, go achieve.
