Tom Arrix

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman

Tom has spent his career in the media & technology industries. He is currently the Co-Founder/Managing Director of Adjacency Partners, an advisory & growth capital company who’s mission is to advance ideas & solve challenges for companies.

Seneca Blue

Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

Seneca has dedicated his life to serving the ever-changing needs of student-athletes. Whether it be as a mentor, coach, pro basketball skill development trainer or in his current role as BLUEPRINT’s Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer, Seneca has always relentlessly pursued impactful ways to add value to the lives of student-athletes.

Starting in 2003, Seneca ran college exposure showcases that assisted thousands of student-athletes in realizing their dream of playing collegiate basketball at some level. These college exposure showcases attracted thousands of top high school boys & girls (as well as JUCO players) from 9 different states & Canada as well as hundreds of college coaches from all over the country. Seneca has served as a recruiting consultant for numerous college programs as well as a number of recruiting/scouting services.

 

Jon Willey

Chief Operating Officer

An Army kid who moved around his entire life, Jon started his sports career as a Certified Athletic Trainer after graduating from Taylor University. After attending Graduate School for Sports Business at Washington State University he went on to a career in Athletic Training working as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Bowling Green State University and Arizona State University. His final stint in sports medicine was with the ECHL’s Phoenix Roadrunners as the Head Athletic Trainer before pivoting career paths to follow his heart and pursue a career in photography and creative direction.

In 2006 Jon began working as a photographer for the Arizona Diamondbacks as they brought their entire creative & photography team in-house. In 2011 he took over the Creative Direction of the D-backs as well as continuing to oversee the photography team. In 2014 Jon & his family moved to Cooper City, FL to take a new Creative & Photography Director role with the Miami Dolphins. In those years while social media was coming into prominence among sports teams, Jon & the Dolphins creative, marketing & social teams worked diligently to change the landscape of sports photography, video & creative on social media. They fostered deep connections with partners at Facebook, Instagram, Google & YouTube to make sure they were on the leading edge of creative & revenue generation in sports via social media.

Chris Liskiewicz

VP of Creative Strategy

Chris graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with his BFA in Graphic Design. In 2016, he led the Florida Panthers through the franchises first rebrand in the team's history as their Creative Director. The following year, Chris worked as the Assistant Director of Graphic Design for the University of Alabama football team. He was part of their 2017 National Championship team & helped bring in a highly ranked recruiting class.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked with a variety of iconic brands. During his time with Bleacher Report, Chris helped the social media team merge sports & culture. The Dallas Cowboys used Chris’ understanding of graphics to add diversity to their social media pages. Maverik Lacrosse & Warrior Hockey all sought Chris’ expertise to improve their branding & digital strategies.

Thomas Lakes

Head of Content

Thomas grew up in Ireland and began his career in Europe, working on the International Mixed Martial Arts show, “Cage Warriors.” Being around the gym, videography started out as a hobby and eventually became a job. He moved to the United States in 2013 and has been working on branded initiatives and creative content ever since.

Thomas worked for the University of Texas Athletics Department as the Director of Media Production. While at Texas, Thomas created content for the football program’s social media channels & produced highlight videos. Thomas also worked as a Senior Video Producer for the Players’ Tribune, where he worked on projects with a variety of high-profile athletes.

Smacker Miles

Deputy Editor

Smacker attended the University of Texas and graduated with a journalism degree in 2017. She was a part of the Women’s Swimming & Diving team, who won four Big 12 Championships and ranked in the top 5 nationally her senior year.

Her first professional experience was with ESPN’s Longhorn Network, as a production intern the Spring of her senior year. After graduation she spent the 2017 football season working for the Dallas Cowboys media department. Most recently she has worked as a sideline reporter, in her hometown of Baton Rouge, LA.
